A hand-held electric drill is a widely used tool in our lives. Before it can be used, it must be installed with a drill. So, how to replace drill of a hand electric drill?
A specific operation looks like this:
First, turn off power supply, unplug power cord from socket, and place hand drill steadily upwards. When disassembling drill, insert key into drill card, align gears on key with gears on drill card, and then turn key.
Clockwise to tighten, counterclockwise to loosen. When replacing drill, put on thicker gloves, then squeeze neck of rubber drill and turn it counterclockwise to complete disassembly of drill. Then turn it clockwise to replace drill with a new one. The operation is relatively simple.
Being an electric tool, a hand-held electric drill also requires safety precautions when using it. For our safety, we must test these elements before using them:
First check if power cord is not damaged, wrap damaged part with electrical tape, and then put power cord in a place where there is no water and cannot be stepped on. Check drill bit for cracks or gaps, and replace it in time if any problems occur. Before use, make sure switch of hand drill is turned off to avoid hand drill turning violently when plug is inserted into socket.
During use, work must be correct:
After connecting, let it idle for half a minute to one minute to check if transmitting part is flexible, if there is any abnormal noise, if screws are loose, and if commutator spark is normal. Use as usual.
When drilling holes, hold power drill firmly with both hands and do not work with one hand. To prevent drill from breaking, do not press drill too hard. Actions such as cleaning up debris and changing cutting head must be done with power off. If collector sparks are found to be large and electric drill overheats during operation, stop using it and inspect it.
After operation is completed, pay attention to safety, first turn off power, drill will stop completely, and then remove workpiece from tool. Freshly used drills can overheat and burn your skin, so don't touch them right away. Then store in a dry and clean place.
