During use of an electric drill, various problems may also occur. The most common ones are that drill does not rotate after turning on drill, or that impact force decreases during use. Let's see how to check and repair.
If electric drill does not turn on after turning on power, first check if power is really turned on and if switch and plug are in good contact. Then check if brushes are used up and if a pair of brushes needs to be replaced.
If cause is not in above reasons, check if armature or stator windings are burned out, and replace them if they are burned out. If stator coil is damaged on outgoing line, it can be used after re-welding, if it is not damaged in outgoing line, it must be rewound.

If electric drill is still turning, but impact of drill is reduced or has no effect, there can be two reasons:
Firstly, there are contaminants in piston sleeve, such as dust, that are blocking air hole. In this case, it is necessary to clean it and clean air hole.
The second possibility is that O-ring on impact piston is broken and needs to be replaced.
If you encounter these two problems while using an electric drill, you can check them one by one on these points to see where problem occurred, and then solve it purposefully. For more information related to hardware tools, you can follow me to understand~
