I like to tinker when there is nothing to do at home. There are a lot of tools, the desktop is in a mess, and I am constantly scolded. Sometimes I have to look for something for a long time. The larger ones are ok, but the smaller ones can't be found if they're removed, so I decided to make a toolbox. In the spirit of being able to do it myself and not bother others, I started doing it myself.
The materials are relatively ordinary, a piece of 250mm PVC pipe and some four-point pipes, a gusset is used in the middle, and a wooden board is used at the bottom.
The small tube in the middle can be made to multiple specifications as all kinds of instruments come in different thicknesses.
When the pipe is ready, you need to prepare the wooden board at the bottom. Measure the inside diameter of the water pipe and draw a circle on the wooden board. In the diameter position, you need to open the slot for the vertical pvc panel
On an angle grinder with a T-saw cutter, chiseling can be set, and it can be formed in one go
After the groove is made, the circular saw will be cut off
Just pasted, great
A vertical PVC board is ready to give him a handshake space for him to carry
There is a speaker board with a hole in the middle, I took it and drew a rectangle with semicircles on both sides (read too little, don't know what the shape is called)
Specifically, when emptying, first drill holes with an electric drill, and then saw them. Four corners should also be cut into arcs. If you have an edger, you can easily do this, just sand it< /p>
Both the wood board at the bottom and the PVC panel in the middle are secured with glue or can be fixed with screws, but I don't think it looks good, so I ditched the screws
The last thing is to cut the gusset
Simply fix these water pipes and scarves inside with glue, everything will be stuffed and you will immediately feel much more refreshed
You can also place a magnet on top that will attract small objects, and you're done.
