Steps in using the tool

1. Quickly move the tool to the top of the hole in the workpiece, you can refer to the distance A from the end of the tool holder to the hole

2. Move forward to a position where the distance from the end of the tool bar to the hole is B (make sure the insert is fully inserted into the tool body)

3. Quickly go through the hole to the end of the tool bar to the back of the hole. The distance is C so that the blade can be fully extended

4. Work in reverse order to remove the back burr until the end of the toolbar is fed into a position where the distance from the back of the hole is D, at which point the tool can quickly exit the hole

Note. If the hole is a curved surface, consider the X roughness value when programming. (i.e. take X as part of the workpiece material)

SV-BO front and rear hole deburring tools have lumen requirements, and luminosity (d:D) is max. 0.5. This is equivalent to the fact that the angle of the inclined plane on which the base hole is located is within 18°.

If the hole ratio (d:D) of the main hole and the main hole is greater than 0.5, it means that the inclination angle is greater than 18°, and we can only change the rake angle and clearance angle of the insert. to achieve it (need to check if it can meet customer requirements) d:D≤0.5

When machining a through hole as shown in the figure, the spindle speed must be reduced and the feed rate kept unchanged.
